With the ever growing focus on vertical videos for tiktok and instagram stories, content creators are finding that they need to create more and more content to fit the vertical format, but they have a LOT of great content to add to these other platforms that's just stuck in the landscape format. Twitch clips, tutorials, blogs, and other great content just waiting to be shared can easily be reformatted (either by rotating or some easy editing) in premiere pro.
Just about every video editing software can be used this same way, but how to go about it will be up to that particular software.
